30 Day Warranty


Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange to deliver the correct items or return all your payment.


For defective or faulty products, please take photos or videos and email us at info@kroftcart.com – we will replace or refund your purchase after confirmation.

Important NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product.


RETURNS & REFUNDS (If applicable)


We can’t offer you a refund or exchange if 30 days have gone from the date of purchase.


Refund steps:


we will only refund the product is still in the original condition & packaging. Used products or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for the refund.


Email us about the reason for return with photos or a video of the product that supports your reason @info@kroftcart.com and you will receive a return request number. upon approval, you will receive the return request number and the address of the closest warehouse, where you can mail the product you would like to return.


Important Note: Please use a trackable mail service to return your order, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages. (You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please make sure you send the item back as a gift as we don’t cover customs fees for returns).


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed (Shipping charges will be deducted), and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):


Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
